“Concern for Others” is not just the company motto, but is a quotation that resonates with the character of a distinguished employee of the EMS Division. Throughout the course of this individual’s time at Hunter’s, he has conveyed to all that he understands the true meaning of “Concern for Others.” Paired with attributes such as knowledge, skill, motivation and an affable disposition-the excellence that Hunter’s Ambulance Service strives for in an employee-is embodied in this distinguished individual. In 1991, this person was a full-time non-emergency driver, successfully obtained an EMT certification and advanced to the EMS Division. Three short years later, in 1994, this employee added an EMT-IV certification to his list of accolades. Motivation carried this individual to take on the Ambulance & Equipment Department in 1997. Faithful to his passion as an EMT- IV, he pursued that position once again. Even as this individual gained such extensive experience and skill, he would not stop there. In June of 2001, this employee attained the title of Performance Team Leader. Evident in the praises from patients, supervisors and managers of this employee, he displays qualities such as confidence and professionalism, as well as altruism and generosity. We are recognizing this employee not only as a distinguished member of the EMS Division, but also as a person who has displayed true excellence in this company. He has taken his job to the next level by positively affecting the overall operation and success of this company. | | We applaud this employee for his outstanding efforts as this years recipient : | Michael McKney
