Calendar of Events

This program is designed to prepare individuals to take the State of Connecticut Emergency Medical Technician – Basic certification examination.

Training is accomplished through both classroom and practical skill building sessions using State of Connecticut  Certified Emergency Medical Services Instructors, experienced EMS field personnel and other specialized guest lecturers.

  Dates and Times
Classes will start on September 2nd and will run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  and 1 Saturday a month.

Students must be 18 years of age or older.  Anyone over 16 but under 18 must have a signed parental permission form. (Available first night of class)

Class size is limited to 30 students.

Costs

Cost of the course is $475. This covers tuition, AHA CPR cards and  disposable  medical supplies.

Textbook and workbook are extra. There is an additional cost for State of Connecticut Certification process   after course completion.

 Pre-registration is required and Course size is limited so register early.
