In Memoriam
Dan M. Hunter, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hunter's Ambulance and Transportation Service and President of Hunter Limousines, passed away on the morning of October 29, 2008 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on October 15, 2008 in East Hartford.
The Hunter family would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers. While family, friends and members of the Hunter's Ambulance staff mourn his passing, we are all comforted by our memories of Dan and by the examples of his good deeds that surround us everywhere.

Hunter's Ambulance and Transportation Services continues to grow as a statewide Health Care provider established in 1963. Founders Vern and Barbara Hunter saw a dire need to assist people with medical transport. Their philosophy of "Concern for Others" has been the foundation and the heart of Hunter's success and large expansion. Hunter's Ambulance and Transportation Services now boasts non-emergency medical transport services, special needs school transportation and afull line of corporate and leisure limousine services.
